East-coast raised, West-coast bound. Started shooting with Ilford (Nikon FE2) and been in love with black and white ever since. Photography has always been a part of my life; sometimes small, sometimes significant (like backpacking the AV1 in the Dolomites with more gear than that I needed). An Engineer by education and trade, photography is the one creative medium that I’ve found the most connection with - it’s a beautiful blend of technical expertise and dedication, culminating in its unrivaled ability to share moments of time and unique perspectives with different people.

Recently, my free time has shifted in a different, more chaotic, direction (kids, family), but I’m making a conscious effort to maintain and improve on my favorite hobby. This portfolio is one way that I’m exploring to keep myself honest
